How to Run This Drill
  1. 1
One batter faces 3-4 fielders standing 15-20 feet away.
  2. 2
A fielder tosses the ball to the batter, who chokes up and hits a controlled ground ball back to the group.
  3. 3
The fielder who fields it tosses it right back to the hitter.
  4. 4
Keep a rapid pace — the ball should always be moving.
  5. 5
Rotate the batter after 2 minutes.
