These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CoachBase. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use CoachBase.
CoachBase provides tools for youth sports coaches — rosters, stats, schedules, lineups, practice plans, AI-assisted insights and video feedback, and family communication. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create a coach account. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password secure.
You may enter information about players, including minors, and their parents/guardians. You represent that you have the authority and any required consent to add that information and to share family page links with the appropriate people. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for using the communication features appropriately.

CoachBase uses AI to generate stat insights, lineup suggestions, practice plans, and video feedback. These are informational aids, generated automatically, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not professional coaching, medical, training, or safety advice. Use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional for medical or injury-related decisions. You are responsible for how you use AI output.
Some features may require a paid plan or one-time purchase. Prices and what's included are shown at the point of purchase. Paid features are billed through our payment processor. Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a subscription at any time; it remains active through the end of the current billing period.
You keep ownership of the data and content you put into CoachBase. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you (including sending it to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy). You can delete your content, or request account deletion, at any time.
CoachBase is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoachBase and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using CoachBase at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
